Phoenix Stables on Hollannissa sijaitseva piirretty kilpa- ja myyntitalli, jonka omistaa varakkaasta suvusta kotoisin oleva Peter Hill ja hänen vaimonsa Stephanie Hill, joka on syntyperältään suomalainen.
Phoenix Stablesin tilat ovat modernit ja valoisat. Ihan viimeisen päälle rakennetusta, koneellisesti ilmastoidusta punatiilisestä tallirakennuksesta löytyvät tilat ja karsinapaikat noin viidellekymmenelle hevoselle. Ratsastusta varten löytyy hyväpohjainen kenttä, nurmipohjainen derby, monipuoliset maastot sekä lämmitetty maneesi katsomoineen ja kahvioineen.
